It’s Monday: Let’s Juice – beautiful AND powerful veggies!

Another Monday, another healthy and delicious juice!  Filled with essential vitamins and nutrients, this beautiful and powerful juice will do your body SO much good!

Ingredients

  • Handful of grape tomatoes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Small bunch of Italian flat leaf parsley
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Coconut water

Instructions

Blend or juice well and garnish with black pepper!

I prefer this one done in a blender. It has a rich consistency but not overpowering and it’s very filling!  But you choose what works best for you!

Whatever you pick, you are providing your body with love!

Grape Tomatoes are full of beneficial fibre, vitamin C and lycopene – a powerful compound with antioxidant properties.

Celery is a great antioxidant and provides vitamin K, C and B6, plus potassium and folate and LOTS of dietary fiber.

Italian flat leaf parsley is much more than just a decorative garnish!  It’s a full house of nutrients and is often referred to as SUPER FOOD.

It contains vitamins K, C and A, as well as folate, iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It fights inflammation and free radical damage and helps with digestion and eye and skin health.  It even reduces bad breath!  How about that!

Black pepper helps with nasal congestions, digestion and infections.  It contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin K and manganese.

You are definitely giving yourself ALL GOODNESS here!
