Easy Breezy Kid Friendly Smoothie

Need a quick breakfast or an after-school or evening snack?  Instead of reaching for that wrapped bar of something – why not spend 5 minutes and make a pretty, healthy and delicious smoothie for your little ones AND for yourself!


    • Handful strawberries
    • Handful blackberries
    • 1/2 apple
    • Handful baby spinach
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup natural yogurt
    • 1 cup coconut water


Blend well, add ice if desired, garnish with a strawberry and serve! Told ya it was easy-breezy!


Nutritionally wise, you are preparing a feast of potassium, iron, folate, protein, vitamins B6, C, E, K, fibre, magnesium, manganese and copper.
