‘Just Peachy’ Smoothie

It’s Monday!

Today’s smoothie recipe will get us feeling energized, harmonized and ready to face a new week!

Ingredients

    • 1 large ripe peach
    • 1 large ripe mango
    • 1 kiwi
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 cup coconut water

Directions

  • Peel the mango, kiwi and lemon
  • No need to peel the peach
  • Blend all ingredients well
  • Add ice if desired
  • Serve!

This smoothie will provide you with an incredible source of Vitamin C to last you for the whole day!  Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which will assist your body to protect iteself against heart disease, common colds and a variety of cancers!

Fun fact: the little kiwi fruit has more Vitamin C than a large orange!  Incredible!

In addition to Vitamin C, you will be supplying your body with the benefits of Vitamins A, B6 and K, copper, fibre, iron, magnesium, potassium and folate.
