Kid Friendly Berry Boost Smoothie

Let’s make a Kid Friendly Berry Boost Smoothie today!  While it will definitely be loved by kids – it is absolutely yummy and super beneficial for us all!



  • Handful of strawberries, blueberries, rasperries and blackberries
  • 2 tbsps of all natural yogurt
  • 1 cup of coconut water


Blend all ingredients together and serve!  Simple as that!
