Grapefruit Turmeric Smoothie

Let’s start this week with a glass full of antioxidants! This grapefruit and turmeric smoothie will help your body fight free radicals and provide immunity against disease and aging!

Ingredients

    • 2 ruby red grapefruits
    • 1 tsp organic ground turmeric
    • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (for optimal turmeric absorption!)
    • 1/2 cup coconut water

 

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • Add ice if desired
  • Enjoy!
