Beet+Wheatgrass+Ginger Juice

Let’s give our bodies a quick energy fix today and a BIG boost  to our overall well-being!

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • handful of wheatgrass
  • 2 small slices of ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions

  • Wash/scrub beet and ginger well (no need to peel) and cut into small pieces
  • Juice all ingredients
  • Drink immediately, or let chill for about an hour and ENJOY!

  • Wheatgrass contains 70% chlorophyll – an important blood builder
  • It is a powerhouse of antioxidants
  • It contains iron, zinc, manganese, protein, electrolytes, amino acids, fibre, vitamins A, B6, C, K and E and selenium

I love juicing with BEETS too!  They are a great source of:
