- 3 ripe apricots
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch of cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Use a frozen banana or add ice to blending, if desired
- Garnish with cinnamon
