Happy and Healthy Kale Pineapple Smoothie

Let’s be good to our bodies and minds today!  A Kale and Pineapple Smoothie will do the trick to get us in a happy and healthy mood physically and mentally!

If you’re not a fan of kale, or do not like green juices at all – believe me, this smoothie is so delicious, you will forget you’re consuming kale!


  • 1 cup packed chopped kale
  • 1.5 fresh diced pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk



  • Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth


No wonder this is a HAPPY and HEALTHY smoothie – it’s packed with vitamins and minerals including protein, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, iron,  fibre, magnesium and phosphorus, vitamins A, C, K, B1 and B6, calcium, potassium and copper .
