Simple Strawberry Mint Smoothie

The strawberry season is upon us!  Time to get some of those beautiful fresh strawberries and make a Simple Strawberry Mint Smoothie!  Hydrating, delicious, low in calories and high in Vitamin C, manganese and fibre, this smoothie is an excellent start to your day!


  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • tsp honey (optional)



  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • Garnish with mint
  • Serve cold
