- 1 Red Delicious apple
- 6 medium carrots
- 2 cups red grapes
- Wash all ingredients well – no need to peel carrots
- Cut apple into wedges
- Push all ingredients through juicer
- Serve cold
- Love your juice!
The beautiful apples contain a, iron, Vitamins B and C, and prebiotic effects. They boost the immune system, help to treat anemia and reduce the risk of strokes!
Red grapes are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium and Vitamins A, B6 and C. They are filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories and assist with heart-health, brain health, skin health and eye health! All goodness here!
Last but not least – carrots – filled with Vitamins A, C, K, and B8, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. Good for the eyes, immune system and the heart!
