The weather has been SO hot around here lately! Not complaining, not complaining! But, man it has been HOT! So what’s a girl to do? Make some yummy juice, of course;) Have to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
This Mango Juice Delight recipe is the easiest, quickest way to make a yummy juice for you and the family. Your kids will love it AND you can easily serve it to guests in pretty wine glasses, or just treat yourself!
- 4-5 ripe mangoes
- coconut water
- Peel mangoes and cut into wedges
- Run mangoes through juicer
- Pour fresh juice into a glass bottle
- When ready to serve, pour half wine glass mango juice to half glass coconut water
- Add couple of ice cubes
Don’t throw away the mango pulp from the juicer! Use it to make yummy muffins, a topping for your icecream or simply a little snack.
I add coconut to water to this juice for a couple of reasons. For one, the juice itself is very sweet. If you like it that way, you can drink the juice itself on ice. Also, coconut water, as you likely know, is fantastically hydrating – great bonus for the hot, hot weather!
