Tis the season of plums, among other things;) Oh how I love to sink my teeth into these juicy, yummy fruits! But, they also taste lovely in other forms such as spreads and of course SMOOTHIES! You will love this recipe for the Plum LOVE Smoothie – easy breezy and delicious too!
- 4 ripe red plums
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw organic honey (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend well on high speed for about 10 seconds
- Serve cold
